A solo studio with one obsession: speed

I'm Ilya — a solo web designer and developer based in Belgrade, building fast, low-carbon websites for small businesses across the EU and US.

I started Leavsy on a simple belief: most small-business websites are slow, bloated and quietly losing customers. They don't need a heavy CMS or a six-month project — they need a site that loads in under a second, ranks well, and respects both the visitor and the planet.

So that's what I build. Every site is hand-built to be lightweight, measured for speed and carbon, and shipped with the numbers visible. No bloat, no surprise invoices, no jargon — just a fast site and a fair, published price.

I work mostly over email and prefer writing to calls. That keeps things clear, documented, and easy across time zones and languages.
